How quickly will I see results?
We aim to get you results during your free trial, before you pay us a penny. Most clients see an increase in their Google reviews within the first 7 to 14 days. The exact timing depends on the volume of customer interactions your business has. We get you a quick boost with our review reactivation process.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial so you can experience the benefits before committing to a plan. We aim to get set up quickly and get you reviews during your trial!
When do you bill?
You're billed at the end of the 14-day trial, then every month after that. Payment is taken automatically via the card you signed up with.
Is there a contract?
No. We are easy to work with and easy to leave. You can cancel your plan within the dashboard in just a few clicks. Review requests will continue until the end of your billing period.
How do the pricing tiers differ?
Our plans are based on the number of new review requests you'd like to send each month. So if you get 50 new customers a month, you'd be on the lowest plan. All plans include a review reactivation at the beginning, where we reactivate your list of previous customers. Follow-ups don't count towards your request count, so on the lowest plan we can request reviews from 50 new customers and still follow up with them based on your follow-up settings.
Why not use a £27 tool?
Cheap tools hand you an engine and leave you to run it. ReviewSync is done for you: we set it up with you, reactivate past customers and reply to every review, on every plan.
Will Google penalise me?
No. Every customer is asked, not a hand-picked few, and every review gets a reply. That's the genuine activity Google expects from a healthy business.
Can you keep bad reviews off Google?
No, we can't block or filter reviews (known as review gating). That's against Google's policy. But we can help you proactively ask the right customers at the right time to maximise your chances of great reviews. ReviewSync exists because most customers are happy, but it's usually the unhappy few who leave a review whether they're asked or not. We make it easy to hear from all your happy customers. Customers can always go directly to Google and leave a negative review. A couple of negative reviews won't ruin your business, but getting your profile shut down permanently would.
How often do you ask my customers to leave a review?
We recommend one initial review request after the service, then two gentle reminders. This can be turned up or down in your dashboard. We only request reviews during a review reactivation or after a service. We don't constantly ask all your customers every week or month.
What is a personalised image review request?
It gets your customer's attention and gives you the best chance of capturing a review. Instead of a plain text that gets ignored, we send a photo of you or your team with the customer's name added to the image.
Do you have review widgets? What is a review widget?
A review widget is a small snippet of code you add to your website to display your latest Google reviews automatically. It builds trust and turns more website visitors into customers. We provide one as part of your plan and can style it to match your branding.
What is social media review posting?
When you receive a great review, our system can automatically create a post on Facebook and Instagram, using templates made from your own photos and logos. You choose when posts go out, and whether to approve each one or let them post on their own.
How many reviews should I expect?
Most clients see 10% to 15% of their previous customer base leave a review during the review reactivation. If you have 1,000 previous customers in your CRM, we'd expect about 100 to 150 reviews in the first 4 to 6 weeks. We expect over 20% to 30% of your new customers to leave a review after a service, and many of our users see over 50%. The actual numbers depend on your customers, but encouraging reviews is what we do.
How does the review reactivation work?
We take your past customer list and drip out personalised image review requests over time. This looks natural to Google and turns old customers into fresh 5-star reviews without you lifting a finger.
What about reviews on Yelp, Facebook and other platforms?
We focus on Google reviews, since they have the biggest impact on local rankings and winning new customers. We can integrate with 50+ other popular platforms. Discuss this during your onboarding.
What countries do you support?
Right now, we only support businesses in the United Kingdom.
I'm too busy for this.
That's the point. Your only time investment is setup. After that it asks, replies and reactivates without you.
Who operates ReviewSync?
